1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the JetLag website (jetlagcrew.com) and mobile application, and to all transactions related to our products and services. You may be bound by additional contracts related to your relationship with us or any services you receive from us. If any provisions of additional contracts conflict with these Terms, the provisions of those additional contracts will control and prevail.

2. Age Requirement

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO USE OUR SERVICES.

By using our website or mobile app, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Our events and services are exclusively for adults. We do not knowingly provide services to minors and will terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Binding Agreement

By registering with, accessing, or using our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The mere use of our services implies knowledge and acceptance of these Terms. For certain features (account creation, event bookings), you may be asked to explicitly agree.

4. Account Registration and Membership

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• Valid email address
• Secure password
• Additional information as required for membership verification

4.2 Membership Tiers

We offer four membership levels:

Traveller – Passport Basic: Open to all males
GlamJet – Social Passport: Open to all females
Cabin King – Premiere Pass: Exclusive to male cabin crew
JetQueen – Ultimate Passport: Exclusive to female cabin crew

4.3 Cabin Crew Verification

For Cabin King and JetQueen memberships:

• You must provide proof of cabin crew status
• Photo verification in uniform may be required
• All verification documents remain strictly confidential
• We reserve the right to verify your employment status
• False information may result in immediate account termination

4.4 Membership Approval

• All memberships require approval by JetLag management
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any membership application
• Approval is at our sole discretion
• We may request additional information before approval

4.5 Current Membership Policy

All memberships are currently FREE. However:

• We reserve the right to introduce paid memberships in the future
• Existing members will be notified at least 30 days before any fee implementation
• Free access may be limited or discontinued at any time
• Membership spots may be limited

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your password and account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Not sharing your account with others
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You must not:

• Create multiple accounts
• Use another person’s account
• Register a new account after termination without our permission
• Impersonate cabin crew or falsify verification documents

6. Event Bookings and Reservations

6.1 Booking Process

• Event bookings are made through our website or mobile app
• Confirmation is subject to availability
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings
• You will receive booking confirmation via email or in-app notification

6.2 Cancellation Policy

By You:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event
• Contact us via email or WhatsApp to cancel
• Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges

By Us:

• We may cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control
• You will be notified immediately via email or app notification
• No refunds apply as all services are currently free

6.3 Event Attendance

• You must present valid identification at events (18+ verification)
• Membership card verification may be required
• We reserve the right to refuse entry
• Dress codes and venue rules must be followed

7. Mobile Application Terms

7.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the JetLag mobile application for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

7.2 Permissions and Data Usage

By using the mobile app, you grant permission for:

• Location services (to show nearby events)
• Analytics collection (to improve app performance)
• Crash reporting (to fix bugs)

You can revoke certain permissions through device settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7.3 App Store Terms

Your use of the mobile app is also subject to:

• Apple App Store Terms of Service (iOS)
• Google Play Terms of Service (Android)

7.4 Updates and Modifications

• We may update the app at any time
• Some updates may be required for continued use
• We may discontinue features or the entire app without notice
• You will not be entitled to compensation for discontinued features

7.5 Prohibited Uses of Mobile App

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or interfere with app functionality

8. Electronic Communication

By using our services or communicating with us electronically, you agree that:

• Event photos and promotional materials
• All data and resources displayed

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content
• You may not embed, alter, reverse engineer, or decompile any resources
• Exception: You may share our newsletter in electronic form with others

10. User-Generated Content

10.1 Content You Post

If we provide communication tools (comments, reviews, forum posts, social media):

• You retain ownership of content you post
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content
• Your content must not be illegal, infringing, defamatory, or obscene
• We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion
• We may monitor all activity but are not obligated to screen content

10.2 Event Photos

By attending JetLag events:

• You consent to being photographed or recorded
• We may use event photos for promotional purposes
• Photos may be shared on our website, app, and social media
• If you do not wish to appear in photos, please inform event staff

11. Idea Submission

Do not submit ideas, inventions, or intellectual property you wish to keep proprietary unless we have first signed a non-disclosure agreement. If you disclose such information without a written agreement, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website and app may link to third-party websites, social media, or services. We:

• Do not control or endorse third-party content
• Are not responsible for third-party privacy practices
• Are not liable for any loss resulting from third-party interactions

Use third-party services at your own risk and subject to their terms.

13. Responsible Use

You agree to use our services only for intended purposes and in accordance with:

• Applicable laws and regulations
• Generally accepted online practices

14. Termination of Use

15.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are NOT liable for:

Maximum liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. As services are currently free, this effectively limits liability to zero for most claims.
